We are delighted to welcome all conference participants to Oslo for an exciting week! We strongly recommend that all participants make their hotel reservations as early as possible, since June is a popular time for tourism in the city and hotel selection may be limited.

Visa Letter
Attendees who need a visa letter will be able to access that document immediately after registering for the DHIS2 Annual Conference, regardless the status of registration or payment. Please follow the below steps:
1. Go to DHIS2 Annual Conference homepage.
2. Complete your registration. If you have already registered, please log in using the email address and password set up for your account.
3. Once you have successfully logged in, click on your name in the top right corner of the window, to reveal a drop-down menu. Select "Profile Overview" from the drop-down menu.
4. Once in your account profile, will find and click the blue 'Generate Visa Letter' button.
5. You will see a pop-up window that contains your visa letter as a PDF file, which you have the option to download and/or print.
